GAILE AI was born out of a shared frustration with the limitations of existing voice solutions. In customer-facing businesses, service quality is inseparable from revenue—and yet most AI systems sound robotic and miss the subtle signals of tone and frustration that define a real human interaction.
Johnathon Nolen, a medical provider and owner of a wellness clinic, experienced firsthand the challenge of supporting front office staff while maintaining a high-touch experience for clients. Recognizing the strain of constant calls and repetitive questions, he sought a solution that could ease the burden without compromising care.
Yvener Liberal, a former owner of a successful direct primary care practice, brings deep expertise in small business management. Having balanced efficiency with exceptional service in a customer-driven industry, he understands the stakes of delivering seamless, empathetic communication.
Together, and informed by conversations with small business owners across industries, they created GAILE AI: a voice assistant designed to sound human, care like a human, and elevate customer service through emotional intelligence.
